The location of this apartment is absolutely stunning, with the beach and beautiful surroundings right at your doorstep. You can enjoy the superb views and soak up the sun during your stay. The apartment itself offers good facilities, including a jacuzzi bath that, when properly maintained, can be a luxurious feature. Additionally, there are some great places to eat within walking distance, like the Start Bay Inn, which is highly recommended.
The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. There were issues with flies, spiders, and mold, making the overall cleanliness questionable.

We had a wonderful stay at 11 At The Beach! The location was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful beach and stunning surroundings. We were lucky to have some lovely weather during our stay. The apartment itself was great, with good facilities and everything we needed. The nearby Start Bay Inn was superb for dining. Despite a few small issues like the remote control needing new batteries and the lack of instructions for the kitchen equipment, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and wonderful apartment.

the location was absolutely stunning - the beach and surroundings were superb. we had some lovely weather during our relaxing break in beesands. 11 at the beach exceeded our expectations with its wonderful apartment and good facilities. it was a perfect getaway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 11 At the Beach, and I must say it was an incredible experience. the location of the apartment was absolutely stunning, with the beach just a stone's throw away. the surroundings were breathtaking, and we were fortunate to have lovely weather during our stay. the apartment itself was wonderful, with all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable. it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend 11 At the Beach for a memorable beachside getaway. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊.

On the bright side, the location of the hotel was simply amazing, with a beautiful beach and stunning surroundings. the apartment had good facilities, including a jacuzzi bath and a well-equipped kitchen. Despite the negatives, the beachside setting and lovely weather provided a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the property was subpar, with reports of dirty windows, mould on the ceiling, and rubbish left behind. the bed in the master bedroom was broken and uncomfortable, and the jacuzzi bath was not cleaned properly, making it unusable.
